Tempura Battered Nuggets

This nugget was a nugget. It may indeed be a nugget of all time. Air fryer made it noice and crispy, even though the inside was somewhat lacklustre. However, when sriracha mayo was added it raised it to another level. Skin adhesion was non-existent but the skin quality made up for it, and the fact you could squirt the sauce right into the nug.
